Liam Kane-Grade has worked as a newspaper, magazine and online reporter in Wisconsin and Silicon Valley. He holds an MA in journalism from Stanford and an MFA in creative writing from the University of Minnesota. In addition to his journalistic work, he teaches composition at UW-Platteville Baraboo Sauk County.

Liam is proficient in the use of media editing software packages such as Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro X, Ableton Live, Samplitude, Audacity  and Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, among others. He trained as a data journalist at Stanford and is proficient with data gathering and analysis software like SQLite, Tableau, import.io and Google Fusion Tables.
